Abundant Power Signs First Statewide Energy Efficiency Contract
Charlotte, NC - based Abundant Power has signed a new financing contract with the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs (ADECA Energy Division) to administer a $25 million Energy Revolving Loan Fund. The program, funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) State Energy Program (SEP), will provide financing solutions for commercial energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in Alabama, and is the first statewide contract of its kind in the Southeast.
